To avoid/minimize frustration from a lack of productivity is for your business to be both effective and efficient. When you combine the why of your business along with how you naturally are inclined to do business, the prioritizing and organization necessary for strategic planning can then take place. Having a point of destination allows a business owner to utilize time management tools to determine which procedures, systems and products/features optimize your business performance.
