Good news for folks waiting patiently for some suggestions that allow them to change their life specifically on how improving their business or working life.

I have never been so happy on how my working life is organized. I’ve made my share of mistakes in my life. However, there are a few things I wish say you that allow to be more organized and efficient. Maybe these tips can also help to organized your life, in my opinion.

You probably want to start immediately to apply this simple three steps, so I’m going tell you exactly what I did to get this my radical change.

No Distractions

In this year I organized my office. It’s my first. As you do when you get your first office, you have a lot of stuff to buy. Shelves, books, desk, TV, cordless phone, etc. So, I went in the nearest shopping mall and I started to buy a new lg flat-screen television - not a super big one, but a 26.

Unfortunately, now I think that was not a great idea buy a television. I admit that while I’m working simultaneously I watch TV, especially video clips, but also the news and entertainment programs.

All this distracts from what most important to me - my work. You don’t need to know all, and a lot of things you find in TV fall into this.

You can get the 1% you need to know in a much better format by going online, or reading a book or magazine or talking to other humans.

Office Well Organized And Clear

I’ve three room in my office. It’s not great. My place is enough clean, but after a week the mess starts to build up. So, I decided to devote an hour a day to put in order.

How I said, I need one hour a day to clean my office, the rest of time spend to write my articles or respond to email or work on a new video or podcast or do something to distract me from my work. This really is a no-brainer to me, so I can have so long to arrange my life.

Email Sucks Time

I can stress that if there is one thing that slow down my work, it’s email. Most of lost time reading emails it relates to treading water activities. In The 4-Hour Workweek, Tim Ferriss teaches a good technique for handling email by leaving it for certain times of the day and suggests batch processing.

I’ve taken to quickly scanning my email, deleting the messages I don’t need, responding to emails and then just ignoring the rest. Check out my recent article titled “Become an email ninja. Some easy tips”.

I recommend you to take these as suggestions and try with them in your life and see how you go. You don’t need to use all tips at once, so choose which are the suggestion you think be useful and have an immediate positive impact on your life.
