Groups working together in an open plan environment would be much more beneficial as this would encourage and simplify teamwork whereas walls gets in the way of team performance. On the other hand, closed offices are better for those that can work with minimal supervision and would need to work in a more focused and private environment.

When planning and organizing your work area. Consider well the nature of your work and of your employees. Plan furniture installation that would generate the optimum results, that way you can keep your staff pleased and comfortable without losing too much work.
